## I've never really left the operator's seat.
I'm Patrick Parents, a Bus Operator Success Strategist.
I started my career behind the wheel as a bus operator. Since then, I've worked across transit scheduling, rider outreach, technology, workforce development, and entrepreneurship.
But no matter where my career has taken me, I've never really left the operator's seat.
I believe transit gets better when we make life better for the people responsible for moving it.
When we improve the lives of the people in the seat, we improve the experience of the people behind them.
